Our Contract Farming is a system of organized agriculture wherein the Sabaragamuwa provincial farmers grow a variety of spices, rice, coconut, vegetables, fruits and other minor crops under the buy-back arrangement with our agency involved in export trading and processing.
The primary aim of our concept is to ensure regular supply of predetermined quality of a particular produce on a steady / seasonal basis to meet both domestic demand and international requirements.
These factors, coupled with high technology implementation and professional project management during the production season are important prerequisites for the success of contract farming is to ensure steady supply of crops at pre-agreed prices of the pre-planned supply schedules.
The success of methodological approach to organized farming is easily demonstrated on demonstration farms that, would, over time, not only create an awareness of the economic viability of organized agriculture and foster a high level of confidence with small stakeholders
Buy back arrangements and farmer-agency contracts are planned and implemented in a transparent manner to fulfill all commitments for immediate payment to the farmer on buy back of produce.
We undertake contract farming for all types of Spices, Rice , Coconut, Vegetables, fruits and other minor crops been Certified as Organic or Non Organic product of Sri Lanka.

By Our Packing House Manager is responsible for overall management of the post-harvest operations at the packing house facility and He is assisted by Two Production Supervisors, in the process of supervisor in day- to-day operations at the packing house facility.

Production supervisor is responsible for registration of growers/producers of Spices, Vegetables, Fruits and other minor crops at the beginning of each fruiting season and entering into a letter of agreement with growers/producers for this purpose.                                                                                                       

Our  Production Supervisors are also responsible for conducting pre-harvest survey on  Spices, Vegetables , Fruits & other Minor Crops to ensure that  are harvested for processing at right maturity stage and right pest control practices are in place to minimize the incidence of pests in the Spices, Vegetable, Fruits & other Minor Crops. He will advise the growers/producers of the good agricultural/horticultural practices and training of farm workers/growers/producers to ensure quality production on Spice, Vegetables, fruits & other Minor Crops.
